In their own words
AnyVault
AnyVault is private, single-tenant wealth-specific accounting software for complex family offices and investment holding companies. It combines investments, entities, cash, documents and accounting in one platform, with performance reporting, investor reporting, tax-lot accounting and multi-currency support. The system imports statements in varied layouts, normalizes transaction rows, checks for duplicates, and puts review and approval before portfolio or accounting use. Confirmed transactions can create balanced journal entries that feed the trial balance, general ledger and period reports. Reports include balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, changes in equity and notes, with overall, broker and private views and PDF or Excel export. Transactions can link to source statement rows, documents, assets or positions, cash movements and journal entries. AI autonomy is configurable, allowing uncertain or consequential work to remain in human review. Each deployment has a separate application environment and database boundary. Standard hosting uses dedicated EU infrastructure; optional AI providers may process selected content in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses. Pricing is available on request.
Asora
Asora is a family-office operating platform for aggregating financial data, managing portfolios, and producing reports. It automatically collects, maps, cleans, and standardizes data from banks and custodians with available feeds; its pricing page says it aggregates data from more than 200 custodians. The platform covers multiple asset classes and includes performance reporting, risk analysis, and tax-lot tracking. Performance monitoring provides a consolidated portfolio view, updated daily with consistent calculation methods across assets. An integration with Canoe Intelligence structures private-fund information such as capital calls, distributions, and investor statements. Asora runs on the web, iOS, and Android; its mobile app provides portfolio performance, balances, documents, and reports. The entry tier costs $900 a month, billed annually, with unlimited users and bank connections plus 20 custodian accounts. Pricing is tiered by net worth under management, with the full platform included at each tier. Additional investment-account packs cost $3,600 a year for 20 accounts. There is no free plan or trial.
