In their own words

AoE4Guides

AoE4Guides is a free web service for finding, creating, and sharing Age of Empires IV build orders. Its browser lets you filter builds by civilization, video creator, season, map, strategy, and patch or version, then sort the results. Each build includes a timeline marking the Feudal, Castle, and Imperial ages, plus an Economy view showing villager assignments. You can save liked builds to favorites and open the current build in a floating Build Order Overlay. The site says that overlay currently supports Chrome and Edge, and it also provides an RTS Overlay export. AoE4Guides invites users to contribute their own builds. All content remains available without payment; listed voluntary support options are €2,510, paid once and €2,510 a month. The site says hosting, domain, and storage cost about €100 a year, paid out of pocket. It states that collected personal information is used to provide and improve the service, and that it is not affiliated with Microsoft.

Spawning Tool

Spawning Tool is a free site for sharing StarCraft 2 replays and build orders, with tools for learning from game data. Build browsing supports filters such as race, matchup, build type, difficulty, patch, contributor, and playable-build format. Replay search can narrow results by players, events, maps, leagues, game length, date, patch, and VOD availability. Research pages summarize replay data with tag counts and win rates by game time and matchup, and let users explore players, units, abilities, events, and other match details. Users can upload individual .SC2replay files or .zip replay packs, add optional VOD links and tags, and browse downloadable tournament replay packs. A replay-pack upload requires login. The Overwolf Build Advisor follows a selected build order in a live in-game overlay, synchronizing steps with the game timer. Spawning Tool says there is currently no charge to upload replays or use its data. The team accepts bug reports, feature requests, and help questions by email or through @spawningtool on Twitter. Replay data can be provided in a usable format on request, but server and direct database access are not offered.
