Apollo says it is HIPAA compliant and uses individual secure logins, password-protected information areas, and encryption for information sent remotely between servers. It works in a browser on PCs, Macs, iPads, tablets, and smartphones. Plans include unlimited user accounts and multiple practice locations, but set practitioner and monthly text and fax limits. The Single plan costs $108 a month for one practitioner; a 30-day trial is listed.
