In their own words
Appetier
Appetier gives restaurants a console for direct online ordering, branded apps, loyalty, marketing, menu management, and POS sync. Customers can order through a restaurant website or app; ordering supports modifiers, upsells, coupons, rewards, saved cards, Apple Pay, and order tracking. Restaurants can start menu setup from their website or a menu photo, which Appetier uses to draft the menu. Native iOS and Android apps can carry the restaurant's logo and include push notifications and reorders. Its integration catalog lists POS systems including Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Revel, NCR/Aloha, Micros, SpotOn, PAR Brink, and SkyTab. The Sous assistant can read menu photos, draft missing item descriptions, and reply to Google reviews; prices do not change unless the restaurant changes them. Appetier says it is PCI compliant under SAQ A, does not receive or store raw card numbers, and uses PCI DSS Level 1 payment partners. Growth is free with a 5% direct-order fee capped at $199 per location/month; Essential is $2,388/year per location, and Enterprise is $499 a month per location.
storekit
Storekit is an ordering platform for restaurants and hospitality venues, covering pickup, delivery, catering, kiosks, QR order and pay, add-to-bill and pay-at-table. Customers can place orders through a website in their browser without downloading an app or creating a login. Operators can create a branded storefront on their own domain and customize its colours, fonts, layout and sections.
Storekit lists more than 100 POS, payment, loyalty and CRM integrations. Restaurants can use their own riders or dispatch through delivery partners, and App Studio can produce a native app for submission to Apple’s App Store and Google Play under the restaurant’s brand. Plans use zero commission on orders and a flat per-order rate. The Storekit+ plan is £99 a month with a 12-month commitment, or £149 a month on a rolling plan; each lists five locations and one ordering channel. Direct REST API access is in early access, is not publicly available and is granted case by case. The London-based company says it was built in 2020.
