Applanga
Applanga, now GlobalLink Strings, is a suite for setting up and managing software localization workflows. It supports translation and review, from quick processes to multi-step workflows, with automation through APIs and webhooks. Integrations can upload content that needs translation and return completed translations to builds or deliver them through over-the-air updates. Its browser-based editor displays translation context for reviewers. Integrations include iOS, Android, Unity, Flutter, React Native, REST API, CLI, Chrome web preview, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and GitHub Workflows; websites and web apps can connect through the API and CLI. The product also supports translation memory, terminology and vendor management, translation orders, and API access. As part of TransPerfect, it lets customers order translation services from within the product. Its cloud runs on dedicated EU datacenter servers and AWS, with automated offsite backups and stated 99% uptime. Security features include encryption in transit, 2FA, and SAML authentication. A 14-day trial is listed; Pro starts at €500 a month.
