DeltaV Batch
DeltaV Batch coordinates batch manufacturing across a plant, including recipe execution, sequencing, and equipment use. Its architecture follows the ISA-88 Batch Standard and supports reusable software modules. Tools cover recipe scheduling, configuration, and execution, while Batch Executive coordinates communication between control logic and batch processes. The suite includes process cells, unit modules, phases, equipment modules, and control modules. Batch Historian and DeltaV Event Chronicle collect recipe execution and process-event data; automatic history collection also covers events and configuration changes to support data integrity and regulatory requirements.
