Overview

Ordoro brings shipping, inventory, purchase orders, kitting and dropshipping into a platform that connects with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and QuickBooks Online. That mix is useful for merchants coordinating storefronts and carriers, but the plans are split across shipping, inventory and dropshipping, so a single subscription does not imply access to every workflow.

The service runs in a browser with an internet connection and needs no download. API access is included with Shipping Premium, Inventory plans and Dropshipping plans. Ordoro says it requires HTTPS traffic and password logins, and uses provider-managed facilities including AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Rackspace. Its databases are in the United States; accessing the service from outside the country entails consent to transfer personal data to the United States. Ordoro describes its support as U.S.-based, covering setup, troubleshooting and everyday workflows.

Key features

Shipping

Shipping plans include discounted carrier rates, barcode scanning and pack verification, quick ship and return labels. Paid tiers add automation rules and batch processing. Rate shopping, label printing and shipment tracking make the offering relevant to merchants managing regular parcel volume; the free tier’s 100-label monthly cap and one-user limit make it a constrained starting point rather than a durable option for a growing shipping team.

Inventory and dropshipping

Inventory plans cover kitting and bundling, automation, analytics, allocation and warehouse transfers. Premium adds purchase orders, bills of materials, manufacturing orders, stocktakes and custom forecasting, a broader toolset for businesses managing more involved stock operations. Dropshipping plans include order routing, tracking writeback to sales channels and automation; Premium adds supplier feeds and vendor portals. These are distinct plan families, so merchants should weigh their needs against the separate monthly prices rather than assume shipping includes the same depth of inventory or supplier tools.

Pricing

Ordoro has a free plan, paid plans from $59/mo and a 15-day trial. Pricing spans several plan families, with shipping being the lowest-cost entry point and dedicated inventory or dropshipping plans carrying higher prices.

Plan	Price	Capacity and fit
Shipping Essential	Free	100 labels/mo, 1 sales channel, 1 ship-from location and 1 user. A sensible way to start shipping, but the label cap temporarily locks the account until upgrade or the next billing cycle if exceeded.
Shipping Advanced	59.00 USD per month	3,000 labels/mo, 5 sales channels, 5 ship-from locations and unlimited users. Better for a small team shipping across multiple channels.
Shipping Premium	149.00 USD per month	Unlimited monthly orders, sales channels, ship-from locations and users. Suits businesses that have outgrown the channel and location ceilings on Advanced.
Inventory Advanced	349.00 USD per month	1,000 orders/mo, unlimited warehouses, sales channels and users. A dedicated inventory option for multi-warehouse operations.
Inventory Premium	499.00 USD per month	1,000 orders/mo, unlimited warehouses, sales channels and users, with Premium inventory tools including purchase orders, manufacturing orders, stocktakes and custom forecasting.
Dropshipping Advanced	299.00 USD per month	1,000 dropshipments/mo, unlimited sales channels, dropship locations and users.
Dropshipping Premium	Custom pricing	Custom monthly dropshipments, with unlimited sales channels, dropship locations and users; a fit for dropshippers who need Premium capabilities and a tailored volume arrangement.

Separate Essential and Advanced plan entries also give 100 orders per month across one sales channel, one ship-from location and one user, or 3,000 orders per month across five channels and locations with unlimited users. The Essential price is custom pricing; Advanced is 59.00 USD per month. These order limits differ from the label quotas on the Shipping plans, so merchants should match the relevant plan family to the work they need to manage. The $59.00 monthly shipping tier raises the cap to 3,000 labels and removes the seat limit, while the $149.00 tier removes channel and location limits. Inventory and dropshipping carry materially higher prices, which are justified only for businesses that need those specialized workflows.

Platforms

Ordoro supports web and API platforms. Browser access avoids a software download, while API access is included on Shipping Premium and the inventory and dropshipping plans.

Who it's for

Ordoro makes most sense for ecommerce businesses coordinating several sales channels, shipping locations or warehouses, particularly when they need inventory controls or dropshipping workflows alongside shipping. Smaller merchants can begin with free shipping, but the one-user, one-channel and one-location limits and 100-label cap leave little room for growth. It is not the choice for a business that needs a 3PL to store inventory or physically fulfill orders.

Pros and cons

Broad operational coverage: Shipping, inventory, purchasing, kitting and dropshipping can be coordinated in one service, with integrations spanning major marketplaces, storefronts, carriers and QuickBooks Online.
Useful free shipping entry point: The free tier offers 100 labels a month, but its one-user, one-channel and one-location caps make it best for a small operation.
Room for shipping growth: Advanced raises the quota to 3,000 labels and permits unlimited users, while Premium removes sales-channel and ship-from-location limits.
Specialized tools cost more: Inventory starts at 349.00 USD per month and Dropshipping Advanced at 299.00 USD per month, making those plan families a significant step up from shipping.
No physical fulfillment: Ordoro is software, not a warehouse or fulfillment provider, so merchants still need their own fulfillment arrangement.

Alternatives

Choose Sellbrite if a free plan with up to 30 orders per month, unlimited integrated sales channels, SKUs and users fits better than Ordoro’s shipping-centered free tier. Orderwerks is an alternative with Android, iOS, web and API platforms and a $60.00 USD per month Web Portal + Sales App plan priced per user/month. For a free plan measured in PLN, Kiero OMS offers 100 orders per month and 500 products. Openship may suit teams seeking self-hosted software, with a free plan for unlimited shops, channels, orders and users. Pickgro offers a freemium option for 100 orders per month and 999 catalogue products across Android, iOS, web and Windows. EMERGE is another freemium option; its Free Forever plan allows one user and four quotations, sales and purchases a month. Manhattan Active Inventory Replenishment is a paid alternative with API and web platforms. Multiorders offers a $64.00 USD per month plan for up to 500 orders, unlimited users and all features.

Compare Ordoro with Order Management Software, Parcel Management Software and Shipping Software if you want to assess tools by category.

Verdict

Choose Ordoro if your ecommerce operation needs shipping plus more involved inventory or dropshipping workflows across sales channels, and you can justify the relevant plan’s monthly cost. Its strongest case is the breadth of operations and integrations in one browser-based service. Look elsewhere if you need physical fulfillment, or if the free shipping tier’s tight limits are already too small and the paid specialized plans exceed your budget.
