AR Flashcards
AR Flashcards is an iOS learning app that uses augmented reality to make flashcards interactive for toddlers and preschoolers. Its subjects are gathered in one app, selected from a main menu. In Alphabet, 26 animal models speak a letter and animal name when tapped. Create mode lets educators and young learners make flashcards or drawings to augment with animal models; ground plane mode places life-sized animals on the floor for viewing and posing. Space covers eight planets and two dwarf planets with audio and text facts. Apollo 11 cards add a lunar lander activity, while Addition offers 100 equation cards with animal visuals and answer checking. AR Portals includes nine narrated trips to real-world locations, with the free plan covering four. The free plan also includes selected alphabet, dinosaur, planet, shape and color cards, and models. Paid plans provide all content and priority support, starting at $3.99 a month. The app requires a camera and printable markers. Subscriptions use an existing Apple App Store account and can be cancelled there.
