Arb Pro vs TreeKeeper

Arb Pro is a customer relationship management system for tree contractors and arborists, covering quotations, invoices, tools, risk assessments, and related business activity. Its web-based Arb Office requires no software installation and includes a shared calendar, dashboard, client management, messaging, tree mapping, marketing, quotes, invoices, and customizable risk assessments. Arb Quotes gathers customer, tree, cost, photo, map, tool, and risk information onsite and syncs it to Arb Office. That app currently supports iOS; its Android version is in development and due for release in 2026. Arb Work runs on iOS and Android for booked work, assessments, customer signatures, and invoicing from the site.

The mobile app can collect data offline. Arb Pro connects with cloud versions of Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and KashFlow, and sends appointment events one way to Google Calendar. Client lists can be exported as CSV. Plans are monthly and do not tie users into a contract. Tree Contractor Lite costs £60 a month plus VAT and includes one desktop app, one quoting app, and one work service app.
