LawnPro manages customers, job schedules, invoices, and payments for service businesses. It is built for lawn care, landscaping, painting, pool services, pressure washing, snow removal, plumbing, and HVAC businesses. Scheduling includes a drag-and-drop calendar, recurring job templates, crew views, and dispatch groups. Routing features include AI route optimization, directions, mileage and fuel tracking, stop reordering, and multi-crew views. Teams can take card, ACH, and PayPal payments, use saved-card auto-charging, and accept online payments. Automations can send welcome messages, payment reminders, appointment texts, review requests, and delayed sequences. The mobile app lets teams check schedules and routes, clock in and out, add notes and photos, mark jobs complete, and communicate. The free Solo plan requires no credit card and allows one user and up to 25 customers. Paid plans listed include Startup at $39.00 per month, Grow at $129.00 per month, and Plus at $249.00 per month. QuickBooks Sync is included with Plus or available as an add-on on lower plans. The API is available by request on any plan, but invoices, estimates, payments, and schedules are read-only through it.
