| Support | The pricing page lists a knowledge base and live chat, with dedicated CSM support, advanced onboarding, and a private Slack channel as higher-tier support features. | Tellane says its contact page reaches a person rather than a queue, and it acknowledges vulnerability reports within two business days. |

In their own words
Arcade
Arcade creates AI-generated product videos, visuals, and interactive demos. Users can build a Brand Kit from their website, add product context, generate content with prompts, and edit it with AI assistance or manually. Finished videos can be exported as video or GIF, embedded on a website, or shared by link. Listed integrations include Amplitude, Clearbit, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Intercom, Mixpanel, PostHog, Product Hunt, Salesforce, Segment, and Slack. Arcade offers desktop downloads for Windows 10+ and macOS Ventura 13.0+, and its download page says users can record and share interactive iOS app demos from a phone. The Free plan includes one seat, one published demo, one published video, 200 AI credits per month, and unlimited views. Growth costs $42.50/user/mo (annual) and includes up to 10 users, unlimited published demos and AI videos, and 800 AI credits per month. Arcade says customer content is not used to train AI models; Enterprise customers can request zero data retention.
Tellane
Tellane is an interactive product-demo platform for turning product screens into guided, clickable demos called lanes. Teams can capture screens with its browser extension, upload screenshots, or convert a recording into frames, then add hotspots and explanatory context. Published lanes work through public links or iframe embeds, and viewers do not need accounts. Analytics show which stops viewers reach, time spent, exits and call-to-action clicks. Growth adds branching routes, lead-capture forms, personalization tokens and full-funnel analytics. Listed integrations include HubSpot, Slack, Zapier, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, webhooks, MCP and Salesforce; Fleet includes direct Salesforce synchronisation. The Free plan allows one published lane and one builder seat, with seven days of analytics. Growth costs $39 a month billed yearly. Tellane lists a 14-day trial and supports API, extension and web access.
