Behaviour Smart
Behaviour Smart is an AI-powered incident recording and behaviour management system for schools, special provisions and children’s homes. Staff can log incidents and review patterns across pupils, classes, year groups, locations and times of day. Its machine-learning models look for emerging patterns, triggers and early warning signs, then recommend strategies. The system can produce and update tailored SMART behaviour support plans after incident reports. Structured reflection prompts help staff support post-incident learning and restorative conversations with pupils.
Behaviour Smart connects with MIS platforms through Wonde and links incidents to CPOMS safeguarding records. The provider says it is Cyber Essentials certified and complies with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, with data protection support from Veritau. Customers ordinarily act as data controllers, while Behaviour Smart Ltd processes customer information. Plans are tailored by setting and the number of children or young people; pricing is on request. It runs on iOS and web. A separate Post Incident Learning app is described as free and has an iOS App Store listing. Lite is intended to complement, not replace, wider safeguarding systems.
