For business texting on personal devices, Archive Intel captures iMessage, WhatsApp, and Android SMS with contact-level allow or block lists to separate personal conversations. Listed channels include social networks, workplace messaging, email, video chat, and CRM services. Customers can access and export records on demand without retrieval or export fees; 1TB of storage is included. Archive Intel says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and stores records in non-alterable WORM format. The platform is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Pricing lists a $99 a month platform fee, plus $12 per user per month per connector and $40 per user per month for text archiving, with no minimums.
