Archway Platform
Archway Platform is paid web software that combines investment aggregation, accounting, and reporting on one general ledger. The same ledger serves as both investment and accounting books of record. It aggregates public and private markets, liquid and illiquid assets, and held-away and managed positions, with performance, investor, and multi-currency reporting. Accounting workflows include invoice intake, approval routing, vendor verification, fraud controls, payments, and reconciliation. Fund administration records agreement-based waterfall calculations as journal entries and provides capital accounts and K-1 summaries. Carried-interest tools cover grants, vesting, forfeitures, scenario modeling, and distributions with traceable allocations. A branded client portal uses the same ledger and includes approvals. Supported structures include trusts, LLCs, partnerships, foundations, private funds, fund of funds, mutual funds, pooled cash vehicles, omnibuses, and individuals. Pricing is on request under fixed annual pricing based on entities, services, and users.
Asora
Asora is a family-office operating platform for aggregating financial data, managing portfolios, and producing reports. It automatically collects, maps, cleans, and standardizes data from banks and custodians with available feeds; its pricing page says it aggregates data from more than 200 custodians. The platform covers multiple asset classes and includes performance reporting, risk analysis, and tax-lot tracking. Performance monitoring provides a consolidated portfolio view, updated daily with consistent calculation methods across assets. An integration with Canoe Intelligence structures private-fund information such as capital calls, distributions, and investor statements. Asora runs on the web, iOS, and Android; its mobile app provides portfolio performance, balances, documents, and reports. The entry tier costs $900 a month, billed annually, with unlimited users and bank connections plus 20 custodian accounts. Pricing is tiered by net worth under management, with the full platform included at each tier. Additional investment-account packs cost $3,600 a year for 20 accounts. There is no free plan or trial.
