In their own words
arg.ai
arg.ai is a shared workspace for teams and AI agents, organized around files that persist across sessions and are indexed for search and agent context. Its workspace agent can read and write files, run Python and Bash in an isolated sandbox, and generate media files. Users can build internal apps connected to workspace files, data, agents and integrations. Automations can run on schedules, file changes or webhooks, saving results back into the workspace. Listed connectors include Linear, Notion, Sentry, PostHog, Apollo.io, Pylon, Granola, Canva, Ashby and Relevance AI, with MCP server support and more than 100 typed actions and triggers across 17 providers. The service describes SAML and OIDC sign-on, directory sync, custom roles, service accounts, selected-region storage, versioned files and an append-only audit log. The desktop app works offline with files on the user’s machine. Free includes 1 GB storage and API access. Team costs $10 a month with annual billing; monthly billing is $12/user/month.
Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft PowerPoint helps users create, design and share presentations across web, desktop and mobile versions for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. It offers thousands of customizable templates, and users can write or draw on slides and convert input into text or shapes. Presentations can be shared for real-time collaboration with comments and @mentions. Copilot can rewrite, reorganize or add slides, while Speaker Coach provides feedback on pace and vocabulary. Accessibility Assistant suggests adjustments to format, color and word choice; Cameo supports prerecorded video alongside slides. The free web tier includes basic tools, sharing, collaboration, dictation and 5 GB of storage. Microsoft 365 subscriptions bundle PowerPoint with apps including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive and Teams. Personal costs $9.99 a month with 1 TB storage; Family costs $12.99 a month with up to 6 TB. Fully installed Office apps can work offline, but after at least 31 days without internet they cannot edit or create documents. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
