Optional texts cover confirmations, changes, grooming-due reminders, day-before reminders, and review requests. One account can manage multiple branches with separate calendars and booking pages, plus cross-location reporting. The dashboard and booking portal support nine languages. Usage-based pricing is $10 a month per active team member; SMS costs $0.01 segment, with rates up to 0.15 USD by recipient country.
