A branded booking page offers times based on salon hours, shifts, existing appointments, and staff qualifications. Records can hold breed, size, birthday, microchip number, photos, notes, and grooming history. Checkout handles services, consumables, discounts, tips, tax, and staff commissions. Optional texts cover confirmations, changes, grooming-due reminders, day-before reminders, and review requests. One account can manage multiple branches with separate calendars and booking pages, plus cross-location reporting. The dashboard and booking portal support nine languages. Usage-based pricing is $10 a month per active team member; SMS costs $0.01 segment, with rates up to 0.15 USD by recipient country.
