Bigleaf SD-WAN
Bigleaf SD-WAN is a web-based hybrid service for improving internet performance for business-critical cloud applications across business locations. Its Cloud Connect uses dynamic quality-of-service classification to prioritize traffic in real time, while application-aware routing sends voice and video toward circuits with lower latency, jitter, and packet loss. High-throughput tasks use circuits with more available bandwidth. The service measures latency, jitter, packet loss, and capacity 10 times per second in both directions, and can shift traffic between ISP circuits while keeping Bigleaf-issued IP addresses unchanged. A preconfigured router installs outside an existing firewall, supports up to four broadband circuits, and is described as having a 90-second installation. Wired and wireless circuits are supported, including fiber, cable, LEO satellite, and 5G LTE. The dashboard shows cross-site performance, alerts, and insights. Pricing is on request, with monthly billing and 12-, 24-, or 36-month agreements available.
