Maitre’D Gift Card connects physical and digital restaurant gift cards with Maitre’D POS. Restaurants can sell physical cards in-store and offer eGift cards around the clock through their websites, social media, the Freebees Gift Card Boutique and its app. Customers can receive digital cards by email with a personalized message, reload cards in-store or online, and redeem them at participating locations or through supported online ordering channels. Cards can be used across participating locations. The POS integration centralizes balances and activity, with reporting and transaction history. Restaurants can customize card designs and holders, and offer a branded mobile app experience with Maitre’D Loyalty. Existing cards can be imported at no charge while preserving active cards and customer balances. The program is powered by Freebees, and support includes team training, marketing guidance and technical assistance. The listed Loyalty & Gift Card System add-on costs £29 a month.
