In their own words
Artwork Flow
Artwork Flow is AI-powered artwork management software for packaging teams, combining asset storage with review and approval workflows. Proofing includes annotations, comments, version comparison, overprint preview, and barcode and color checks. Customizable rulebooks can inspect labels for incorrect barcodes, missing allergen information, and regulatory requirements. The proofing workflow supports more than 160 file types and can address Part 11 and Annex 11 requirements for 21 CFR through audit logs and electronic signatures. Artwork Flow runs on Android, iOS, and the web and includes version history. The Free plan costs nothing, billed yearly, and allows three users, 2 GB storage, and 20 creative reviews monthly. Professional costs $30 a month, billed per user per month, with up to 10 users and 50 GB storage. Listed security includes ISO 27001:2013 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications.
Notism
Notism gives teams and stakeholders a shared place to review visual and video work and record sign-offs. Video reviewers can attach feedback to points on a timeline. On uploaded designs, users can add notes and sketches directly, including pencil, rectangle, and circle marks. Static screens can be linked through hotspots to create interactive prototypes. Teams can assign to-dos, track screen statuses such as in progress, for review, and approved, and create different versions to compare iterations. It runs in desktop and mobile browsers and on iOS and Android. Use requires an internet connection, JavaScript, and a fairly new browser; Chrome, Safari, and Firefox are recommended. The free plan is limited to one project and has limited features, with no support. A 15-day trial does not require a credit card, but changing plans during it ends the trial. Paid plans list different project, collaborator, archive, and storage allowances, along with features such as versioning and PDF export; their prices are not numerically listed. Notism is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany.
