In their own words

Artyc Platform

Artyc Platform is a connected system for managing temperature-sensitive logistics. Its dashboard maps active shipments, shows real-time status alerts, and provides each shipper’s status, location, and battery health. The platform monitors GPS, temperature, lid status, and shock events from connected sensors, uploading readings automatically. Configured threshold rules can trigger excursion alerts. Users can export shipment timelines and temperature records as CSV files, while digital shipment records support compliance and internal documentation. The mobile app pairs with Artyc shippers over Bluetooth, assigns temperature profiles and ranges, and checks shipper status in the field. Listed security measures include role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, server redundancy, and encrypted cloud backups. Artyc presents the platform for healthcare systems, clinical research, mobile health, and pharmaceutical use. It runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Pricing is on request, and the maker offers a demo. Setup requires pairing a shipper, with no extra hardware stated.

RTE GRASP

RTE GRASP monitors refrigerated containers across terminals, depots and vessels, giving operators access to reefer data from any location. It processes live information from BEACON, WRAD II and wired connections. A dashboard brings together reefer status, system health and work orders; alarm views show alarms and setpoints, while individual container records include alarm codes, historical data and setpoint control. Modeled yard and rack views display container positions, alarm states and assignments. Current and historical power-use graphs support energy management, including peak shaving and load distribution. RTE says GRASP can connect with any terminal operating system and offers an XML interface for TOS and third-party integrations. Modules are accessed through a web interface described as compatible with all operating systems and scalable to mobile devices; the company also describes an earlier web or Windows interface option. GRASP is paid, with pricing available on request. RTE offers prospective customers a live walkthrough tailored to their yard and workflows.
