Arvexi
Arvexi combines account reconciliation, financial close, consolidation, lease accounting, and data integration in an AI-native platform. Its Cortex tools investigate variances, certify accounts automatically, prepare work papers, propose journal entries, and coordinate close tasks. Reconciliation supports zero-balance, tolerance-matching, and no-activity methods, and scores accounts using five factors. A Smart Import Wizard detects ERP sources, maps columns, and saves formats for repeat imports. Listed ERP templates include SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks; data can also arrive through SFTP, webhooks, or file upload. The platform supports multi-entity consolidation, intercompany elimination, currency translation, entity certification, and lease accounting under ASC 842 and IFRS 16. Arvexi describes security controls including append-only audit logs, period locks at the entity level, role-based access, and tenant isolation, and says it does not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models. Pricing is on request, and the SLA commits to 99.9% monthly uptime for customers with an active subscription agreement.
