In their own words
ASICS Runkeeper
ASICS Runkeeper tracks running, walking, biking, and indoor activities using a phone’s GPS. It records distance, duration, pace or speed, calories, and route maps, then syncs activities to Runkeeper.com for history and fitness progress tools. The free Basic plan costs nothing and includes activity logging, basic stats, progress insights, workout comparisons, and prescribed workouts. Runkeeper Go costs $11.99 a month and adds personalized race plans, scheduled Running For Exercise workouts, advanced reports, goal insights, and coached audio Guided Workouts in English and Japanese. Go also includes Live Tracking, which streams GPS-tracked activities on Runkeeper.com for others to follow. Listed wearable support includes Apple Watch for iPhone users with Series 3 and above, Garmin, Fitbit, Coros, Suunto, Polar, and Amazfit. Users can import activities from Apple Health and control syncing in the other direction. Runkeeper provides settings for activity and map visibility. Its Android help page says coaching and target pace are unavailable on Android.
