Assembly is a B2B HR SaaS platform for employee recognition, rewards, and workplace culture. Employees can send peer shout-outs, award points, and redeem rewards. Organizations can automate celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries, and new hires, then create custom awards and challenges around their values. Assembly describes Dora AI and real-time dashboards as tools for identifying culture gaps and highlighting contributors. Its integrations page lists 80 connections, including HRIS and SSO tools, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Axomo. The service runs on Android, iOS, and the web. A progressive web app can be installed through Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android, but it does not provide push notifications. The Empower plan costs $36 a year, billed as $3.00 per user monthly when billed annually. Enterprise pricing requires contacting sales. Recognize is an employee recognition and rewards platform for office, remote and frontline teams. It supports peer recognition, manager awards, nominations, anniversaries, incentives, surveys and approval workflows, with custom award types and budget controls. Recognition can be delivered through web, mobile and chat channels, with notifications by email, SMS, desktop push or mobile push; notifications can also be disabled. Its rewards catalog includes gift cards, Amazon products, experiences, live events, swag, travel and company-funded rewards. Employee apps for Android and iOS provide recognition feeds, recognition sending and reward redemption. Integrations include Office 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Slack, Yammer and Workplace by Facebook. Employee additions and removals can sync using Azure AD, Workday or sFTP data. The OAuth-secured REST API reads and writes recognitions, users, nominations and redemptions, while webhooks provide real-time events. Pricing is available on request; subscriptions are annual and based on organization or active-user count. A free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
