Teams can create assessments with video, audio, coding, and situational-judgment questions. Interviews can be one-way or two-way and use video, audio, or chat, including conversational AI interviews. Testlify says it automatically evaluates video, audio, chat, and coding responses, while recruiters retain control of final hiring decisions. It lists more than 100 ATS and HR integrations, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever, Greenhouse, and BambooHR, plus a REST API and event webhooks. Candidates can complete assessments in a modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile without installing software.
