Portfolio Manager assesses risks across initiatives, teams, portfolios, and geographies, then tracks change activities through implementation. e-Stakeholder Engagement supports confidential feedback, live pulse checks, analytics, and dashboards; its description says AI and machine learning can suggest engagement strategies. Automated Apps can send nudges for milestone tasks and deliverables and replicate processes across teams, initiatives, and portfolios. The Virtual Assistant can integrate change FAQs, calls, and queries and can be tailored to specific tasks. ChangeVU focuses mainly on descriptive and predictive analytics and can connect change activities and reporting to project-management workstreams, WBS, and decision gates. The FAQ says there is no minimum or maximum project size. The company says the platform was first released in 2017 and is marketed and developed by Straticom Technologies sarl in Geneva. Single-use applications can be trialed for free; paid options include a $299.00 one-off single-use application and Pro and Enterprise versions at $99.00 per year.
