Asteroom creates smartphone-based 3D virtual tours for real estate agents and photographers, using an app, hardware and an online photo editor. Users can capture panoramas in the app or upload an album to generate a tour. Tours pair a 3D dollhouse with 360-degree navigation and a bird’s-eye view, and interactive 2D floor plans show room dimensions. Asteroom names Ricoh Theta S, SC, V and Z1 and Insta360 ONE X as integrated cameras; other 360-degree photos can be imported if they have a 2:1 aspect ratio. Tours can sync with realtor.com and Zillow, and the workflow includes MLS and Realtor.com integration. Android, iOS and web access are listed. Panoee is a browser-based tool for creating, editing, hosting, and publishing 360° virtual tours. It accepts 360° and standard images, including panoramas up to 32K resolution. The editor supports navigation, interactive, eCommerce, polygon, and media hotspots, along with themes, floorplans, maps, multilingual support, lead capture, calls to action, and live chat. Tours can be embedded on websites with iframe code, published to Google Street View, or exported as ZIP files for self-hosting. The editor includes a Google Analytics tracking field in its SEO settings. The free plan provides 3 GB of storage, unlimited projects and tours, up to 32K panoramas, and unlimited bandwidth; storage above 3 GB or premium features require a paid plan. Plans include PRO at $22 a month, Enterprise at $99 a month, PRO+ at $200 a year, and Enterprise+ at $950 a year. Activating tour export costs $19 per project and enables unlimited exports for that project. Panoee runs on the web or as a self-hosted deployment.
