ASTPP
ASTPP is an open-source VoIP billing and management platform for telecom businesses. It combines Class 4 and Class 5 softswitch functions with IP PBX and Session Border Controller capabilities. Billing supports real-time prepaid charging, postpaid invoicing, reseller billing and configurable cycles; routing can be based on cost, priority, percentage, time or quality. Teams can handle DID purchase, assignment, configuration, billing and release. REST APIs cover accounts, call detail records, rates and DIDs, while listed integrations include WHMCS, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, vtiger CRM, Stripe and n8n. The maker describes cloud, on-premise and high-availability deployment, including installation on a customer's server. The Community Edition is free forever at 0.00 USD, with limited features and community add-ons, but no support or security updates.
