BarRaiser is an interview platform for structured hiring conversations, AI assistance, and feedback in an ATS. It provides interview structures, questionnaires, and scheduling tools, while Interview Co-Pilot offers real-time guidance and AI-driven suggestions. AI Interview Notes automates note-taking and supports candidate assessment with evaluation metrics. The platform also includes live interview feedback, interviewer coaching, and quality reports.
