Equip is a hiring platform that combines applicant tracking, CV screening, skills assessments and AI interviews from application through offer. Its ATS handles job posts, interview scheduling, offers, a careers page and pipeline management. Recruiters set job criteria for CV parsing and applicant ranking, which Equip says does not use credits. Assessment options include quizzes, programming, communication, psychometric, SQL, Excel, CSS, typing and custom tests. Candidates can submit one-way video, audio or text responses, or take part in a conversational interview with an AI bot. Assessments and interviews can be created without a stated quantity limit, with charges applying per candidate who takes them. AI proctoring monitors camera, microphone and screen during assessments on every plan. REST APIs support candidate invitations, results retrieval and pipeline management from a customer’s own ATS or internal system. Equip says its AI supports recruiters rather than making hiring decisions autonomously. A free ATS plan is available; paid plans start at $30 a month. New teams can try it for 30 days with 10 free credits and no card.
