In their own words
asyncmate
Asyncmate runs asynchronous team check-ins in Slack or Microsoft Teams. It sends standup questions, collects replies, and posts a digest of progress, blockers, and next steps. Other features include project-hours logging, polls, anonymous surveys, and kudos. An optional Pro AI digest uses Anthropic’s Claude API to summarize check-in answers into blockers and action items; workspaces can disable AI digests so check-in content is not sent to Anthropic. An optional Notion integration archives closed check-in runs in a database. The Free plan supports up to 10 active teammates and includes plain daily digests, 90-day check-in and hours history, and up to 20 kudos per month. Pro is $2.50 per active participant per month, with $0 pricing until November 1, 2026. After that, it offers a 14-day trial requiring a card, which can be canceled before billing. The Microsoft Teams app is in beta and does not yet post digests in private channels. Asyncmate is offered to business users, not consumers.

Ask Geekbot answers natural-language questions using reports and poll or survey votes as its source data. Optional integrations listed for its AI features include Google Calendar, Jira, Asana, GitLab, and GitHub. The Starter plan is free for up to 10 users; teams with more than 10 active participants need to upgrade. Starter reporting history goes back up to three months, while paid plans have unlimited history. Basic plans include API access and CSV exports. Geekbot is available on the web and through an API. Pricing starts at $0.75/user/mo billed annually for Polls & Surveys; Standups start at $2.50 per participant per month on annual billing. A 30-day trial is available for Basic.
