In their own words
Latchel
Latchel is an AI front office for property management, combining an AI call center with a 24/7 maintenance engine. Residents receive step-by-step troubleshooting through SMS, a portal, or voice, with unresolved requests escalated to a human. Dispatch routes jobs to preferred vendors or in-house technicians using property rules and can combine work with an existing vendor trip. The call center handles leasing inquiries, owner prospects, resident follow-ups, HOA and city calls, after-hours maintenance, and routine questions. Latchel says residents can reach a live expert in about 15 seconds, while emergencies receive a live video call. Managers set dispatch rules, budget limits, emergency definitions, and the degree of AI autonomy. Conversations, photos, videos, and troubleshooting transcripts attach to work orders. Integrations include Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, Rentvine, Propertyware, PropUp, Leonardo247, and others through lighter pipelines. Autopilot AI uses a flat monthly subscription per door; pricing is on request, with a 30-day trial and a free assessment.
