In their own words

Atlasly

Atlasly provides early-stage site intelligence for architects, including first-pass screens of planning, flood, heritage, and related constraints. Its floor plan generator turns prompts into schematic 2D concept diagrams for ideation, not construction drawings. The free tool allows three generations per day without signup; free outputs are PNG, while DXF and DWG exports require an account. Atlasly says automated reports generate PDF site packs in under 60 seconds. Walkability AI provides pedestrian-network isochrones, four persona presets, weighted amenity categories, site comparisons, and GeoJSON, Shapefile, and SVG exports. Users can access Claude and ChatGPT through Atlasly’s hosted MCP server, and a Forma Site Design extension is listed. Atlasly says its earlier REST contract has been withdrawn, its OpenAPI document has no callable operations, and the REST API is not ready for client generation. The Starter plan is free, while Professional is £15 a month billed annually and Teams is £159 a month billed annually; both paid plans include a 14-day trial. Atlasly is a product of Parallel Labs Ltd, which works from Manchester, United Kingdom.

Hypar

Hypar is space-planning software for architects and engineers testing layouts against a client's program and site. Users plan spaces in 3D and track net and gross areas, counts, and progress against targets. Programs can be brought in from spreadsheets or dRofus; site underlays can include DXF or DWG files, images, PDFs, or laser scans. Exports include PDF, images, Excel, Revit, and Rhino. Teammates can edit projects in real time, and the Revit add-in supports versions 2020 through 2027 and is included with free accounts. AI features suggest furniture and equipment. Beta chat can create space programs, count elements, make analytical views, and edit models, but whole-plan layout is rated low proficiency. Hypar does not support curved spaces or standalone walls, and walls are tied to spaces. The free Personal plan allows three owned projects and is for evaluation and learning, not professional design-project work. Professional costs $100 a month per user when billed monthly, or 1000 USD per year per user when billed annually.
