ATSpro
ATSpro combines an AI recruitment CRM and applicant tracking system for UK recruitment agencies. Its conversational AI assistant has more than 170 tools for searching and taking actions in the CRM. Recruiters can find candidates through semantic matching or geographic search with map and radius filters, then manage candidate pipelines, clients, jobs, interviews, outreach campaigns and branded CVs.
The platform also handles placements, digital timesheets, client approvals and automated invoice generation. Compliance features cover Regulation 15 and 17 documents, Right to Work tracking, GDPR consent states and document expiry alerts. Listed integrations include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zapier, Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Twilio, Xelion and RingOver. ATSpro provides a REST API and an MCP server for connecting Claude.ai to CRM tools. It is a progressive web app installable through a phone or tablet browser, not a native app-store download. The Recruitment CRM and Standard plans each list £49 a month; a 14-day trial is available.
