In their own words
Attensi
Attensi is a workplace learning platform that uses game design, learning science and AI to let employees rehearse real work situations. Its AI roleplay presents animated avatars that respond dynamically and comments on word choice, tone and accuracy. The simulation suite offers bite-sized modules, more than 16 game formats and branching workplace scenarios. Customers can create training with their own teams, Attensi’s AI engine, or Attensi’s consultancy and design team, then tailor it to their brand and situations. Analytics follow skill development and competence gaps and connect learning activity with business outcomes. Attensi serves frontline teams and knowledge workers in retail, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, energy, financial services and healthcare. SKILLS runs in computer browsers, standalone Windows or Mac applications, and iOS and Android apps, but not mobile browsers. It supports SSO, API access and integrations with major learning, HR and identity systems. Pricing is on request.
Qstream

It delivers activities through SMS, email, mobile apps, and Microsoft Teams, using spaced learning, repetition, scenario-based testing, immediate feedback, scoring, leaderboards, and recognition. Qstream AI turns existing training material into microlearning challenges and lets authors refine generated content by skill level and behavioral outcomes; the company cautions that generated content may not be accurate or suitable. Performance-readiness analytics and manager dashboards show strengths, weaknesses, engagement, retention, and job-readiness signals. Qstream Connect links learning with existing HR technology and can automate learning in the flow of work. Mobile apps support iPhone, iPad, and Android users. Qstream says its security program follows SOC 2 Type 2 and that it uses encryption and firewalls under stated privacy frameworks. The service is available on Android, iOS, and the web, with pricing specified in customer Order Forms.
