Attorney Share
Attorney Share connects attorneys with case referrals matched to their firms’ practice areas and jurisdictions. Firms set their criteria to receive case opportunities, which get an AI lead-quality rating of Excellent, Strong, Fair, or Limited. Users can configure automatic proposals for cases that fit their filters, and referral status milestones can sync to connected case-management software. Listed integrations include Clio Grow, Clio Manage, MyCase, Lead Docket, Salesforce & Litify, and Lawmatics Intake; Supio Intake is marked as coming soon. The service is available on the web and through an API. Pricing includes a Pay Per Signed Case option at free, with a one-time $49-$299 match fee only after successfully signing a client, and Flat Monthly Pricing at $999 a month. Use of most features, including account creation, requires membership in an attorney membership organization made available by Justice HQ, LLC. Referral transactions require client consent, proper disclosure, and compliance with applicable rules or statutes.

ReferDesk is a free referral and case-management platform for lawyers and law firms. Its dashboard supports sending, accepting, and tracking referrals, with statuses such as Attorney Invited, Under Review, Under Contract, and Case Settled. The network connects attorneys across practice areas and jurisdictions; the homepage reports more than 7,000 attorneys. A user can withdraw an unaccepted referral and pass the case to the next attorney in its sequence. Receiving attorneys can view information and documents shared in the case workroom. ReferDesk can pull case details from connected case management systems to create referrals, and it lists integrations with Filevine, Clio, Rocket Matter, and others. Referred-in and referred-out cases can be exported using an Excel button. The FAQ says there is no limit on referrals. The cloud application is accessible from internet-connected devices, with web, Windows, and macOS access. Users can also connect with attorneys, join groups, and find co-counsel.
