Overview

Auctria brings auction and fundraising operations into one event platform, from donation intake to bidding and receipts. It is a strong fit for organizations running multi-format fundraising events that need ticketing, payments and reporting alongside auctions.

Its scope is broad, but the free and lower-cost plans have meaningful income, bidder and team-size ceilings. The best plan depends on the scale of your events and the extra card fee you are willing to pay.

Key features

Events, bidding and payments

Auctria supports live, silent and online auctions, mobile bidding, raffles, ticket sales, sponsorships and paddle raises. That range can keep several fundraising formats within one event workflow; teams focused only on a small online auction may not need that breadth. Each event can have a website built from a template or customized core template, with branding, images and video.

Payments can run through Stripe or Authorize.Net, and staff can record cash and checks. The optional Admin app supports guest check-in, card and tap-to-pay checkout, and recording sales and bids; the Bidder app provides mobile bidding and alerts. These options cover both event staff and participants, though the apps are optional rather than a prerequisite.

Reporting, connections and security

More than 100 customizable report templates and filters give organizers ways to examine event results, and event data can be exported for CRM use. Spreadsheet import and export support bulk transfers. Automations use Zapier for event-triggered notifications to services such as Slack, Gmail and Google Calendar, which is useful for connecting event activity to existing workflows.

Auctria says it supports PCI DSS v4.0 responsibilities and enforces TLS, multifactor authentication, password complexity, account lockout and session timeout. Card details stay with the connected payment processor; Auctria retains a secure token rather than the full card number.

Pricing

Auctria is freemium. Explorer is free, billed FREE Per Year, and includes unlimited events, up to $10,000 total income per year, 250 bidders per event, three team members and a 1% credit card fee. It is a useful starting point for smaller fundraisers, but the income and bidder caps may rule it out for a growing event, and the card fee is higher than on paid subscriptions.

Emerald costs 375.00 USD per year, billed $375 per year. It raises the annual income cap to $50,000 and the bidder limit to 750 per event, allows 10 team members and charges a 0.5% credit card fee; events remain unlimited. This is the practical step up for organizations outgrowing Explorer. Diamond costs 750.00 USD per year, billed $750 per year, and removes the income-tracking ceiling, raises bidders to 1,000 per event, allows 99 team members and lowers the credit card fee to 0.25%. Larger teams or events with more income have a clearer case for Diamond; its bidder cap still applies.

All plans include support. Explorer gets chat and email support, while Emerald and Diamond add priority chat and email support. Paid plans include an initial block of texts, with more available for purchase; texting works only in the United States and Canada. Check that regional restriction if texting matters to your event.

Assist 20 is 49.95 USD per once, billed $49.95 per call, for one scheduled 20-minute Zoom call; Assist 45 is 99.95 USD per once, billed $99.95 per call, for one scheduled 45-minute call. These are discrete support sessions rather than event subscriptions. Launch Foundation costs 499.00 USD per once, billed +$499 per event, for assisted setup of one event. Launch Advantage costs 749.00 USD per once, billed +$749 per event, and covers guest management for up to 250 guests. Both require an active Emerald or Diamond subscription. Launch Premier offers customized ticket management for more than 250 guests and has custom pricing; it also requires an active Emerald or Diamond subscription.

Platforms

Auctria supports Android, iOS and web. Its optional Admin and Bidder apps serve different event roles: the former supports organizer operations, while the latter is for bidder activity.

Who it's for

Auctria suits nonprofits and other organizations that run fundraising events and want auctions, sales, payments and reporting in one system. Nonprofit status is not required. Smaller groups can start on Explorer, while organizations with higher income, larger bidder lists or bigger staff teams should weigh Emerald and Diamond against their event scale.

Pros and cons

Pros: Multiple auction and fundraising formats, event websites, payment recording and mobile tools cover a wide range of event needs.
Pros: More than 100 customizable report templates, CRM export and Zapier-based notifications support analysis and workflow connections.
Pros: Income, bidder and team limits rise across the subscriptions, while the listed credit card fee falls from 1% on Explorer to 0.25% on Diamond.
Cons: Explorer's $10,000 annual income, 250-bidder and three-member caps constrain events as they grow.
Cons: Texting is limited to the United States and Canada, and extra texts cost more beyond the initial block on paid plans.
Cons: The Launch setup and guest-management services require an active Emerald or Diamond subscription, adding an event-level charge on top of the annual plan.
