In their own words

Augury Machine Health

Augury Machine Health is a cloud platform for monitoring industrial equipment and guiding maintenance teams. Its sensors capture vibration, temperature, and magnetic data for real-time visibility into condition and performance. Augury says coverage spans more than 200 asset types and four criticality levels. AI diagnostics are intended to identify machine failures early, with prescriptive guidance backed by Category III and IV vibration analysts. The platform connects with CMMS and EAM systems, including SAP PM, IBM Maximo, and Infor EAM, and can trigger work orders with diagnostic findings and repair guidance. It also connects to cloud and industrial data platforms, historians, and SCADA systems; custom integrations can use public APIs or certified system integrator partners. Mobile access includes status monitoring, troubleshooting, QR scanning, and device configuration updates. Apps are listed for Android, iOS, and web.

Factbird

Factbird is a manufacturing intelligence suite that turns production data into operational insights and shop-floor workflows. Production Insights provides real-time and historical visibility, OEE analysis, downtime analytics, role-based views, and shift or batch scheduling. Connected Operations adds digital guidance, paperless quality checks, SOPs, checklists, execution flows, e-signatures, audit trails, and preventive maintenance. Knowledge Excellence includes learning management, a skills matrix, training tools, learner notifications, and PDCA action plans. Production data can come from Factbird Industrial IoT devices or directly from PLCs; the software presents live graphs, stop-cause reporting, and OEE monitoring. Connectivity includes MQTT, OPC UA (Kepware), a GraphQL API, and webhooks, with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 named as integration examples. Factbird says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with SSO, MFA, and an enterprise private-cloud option. Its apps require the Factbird platform. There is no dedicated iOS or Android app, though users can add the web app to a phone home screen. The company is based in Copenhagen and says it has helped manufacturers since 2016.
