Cojilio is booking and payments software for appointment-based businesses, available on Android, iOS, and the web. Clients can book through a branded online portal even when a business does not have a website. Scheduling gathers appointment requests and can account for travel time and fees for mobile services. Payment tools cover service charges and deposits, saved cards, cancellation and no-show fees, and recurring membership payments. Named payment options include Clover, Equinox, Android SmartPOS/SmartECR, TD, Stripe, and PayPal. Staff can manage appointments and consultations from a phone or tablet, view schedule changes in real time, and receive staff-wide announcements. Marketing options include push notifications and SMS campaigns; email campaigns are marked as coming soon. Cojilio offers branded customer apps for iOS and Android, and an Apple Developer Account is required. Plans include a six-day trial, and there is no free plan. Listed prices range from C$9.99 a month for SMS Marketing ONLY to C$299 a month for Business Ultimate. The maker says personal information is kept on controlled, secure servers and protected in transmission with encryption such as SSL.
