LibertyBans
LibertyBans is a free Minecraft punishment administration plugin designed for large networks as well as single servers with limited resources. It handles bans, mutes, warnings, kicks, temporary punishments, and removal commands for players and IP addresses. Configurable templates can set punishment type, reason, and duration, while exemptions restrict which staff members may punish others. The plugin can identify suspected alternate accounts, apply IP bans to them, show suspected accounts with a command, and notify staff when they join. It supports Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, Purpur, Folia, BungeeCord, Waterfall, Fabric, Sponge, and Velocity. Storage options include local HyperSQL or remote MariaDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases; multiple proxies and server instances can be synchronized. LibertyBans also provides a developer API for other plugins. It requires Java 17, and Fabric installations also require adventure-platform-mod. For mutes on a Velocity proxy, SignedVelocity must be installed on both proxy and backend servers. The project says its dependencies use secure SHA-512 hashes and that builds are reproducible so checksums can be verified.
