In their own words

Autodesk Flow Production Tracking

Autodesk Flow Production Tracking is a cloud production-management and review tool for VFX, animation, and games teams. It tracks assets, production data, resources, approvals, and workload in real time, with time tracking, asset versioning, proofing, and a client portal. Resource Planning views show capacity and workload, while Flow Generative Scheduling creates resource-optimized schedules and can adapt when project scope changes. Review tools provide synchronized live sessions, annotations, feedback, and side-by-side version comparisons. Integrations include Maya, 3ds Max, and Unreal Engine; Toolkit, Python API, and REST API support custom connections. Security features list single sign-on, two-factor authentication, IP allowlisting, project isolation, and quarterly independent audits. Platforms include Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, Windows, and API access. There is no free plan, but Autodesk offers a free 30-day trial.
