FinitePath
FinitePath is a web platform that turns schedule files into working models for planning, cost mapping, delay analysis, and reporting. It imports Primavera P6 XER or XML, Microsoft Project XML, and Excel BOQs, then exports XER, XML, or JSON. BOQ line items can be mapped to schedule activities so cost and time share one model. Each save recalculates forward and backward passes and checks critical paths, float bands, dangling ends, loops, and redundant links. Delay tools provide calendar-accurate window analysis, baseline snapshots, delay quantification, and claims packs. Resource features include crew utilisation, overload alerts, auto-levelling within float with a project-manager override, and time-phased histograms. Users can compare what-if variants without automatically changing the baseline. Executive reports include schedule health, paths, float, supported earned-value measures, and recovery estimates; missing or implausible data may produce a diagnostic. A no-login PERT Builder is labeled free. AI features may send project data to Anthropic.
