Emsisoft Business Security

Emsisoft Business Security provides centrally managed cybersecurity for business workstations, servers, and remote teams, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses. Protection layers include web protection, a real-time dual-engine file scanner with machine-learning-supported detection, a behavior blocker, and anti-ransomware monitoring. Its ransomware defenses include signature-based, exploit, and behavior-based detection, including monitoring for ransomware-like encryption and backup deletion. The Management Console is a web console for endpoints, clients, and sites, also accessible through Android and iOS apps. The product supports Windows servers, protects file shares and connected storage, and can run from boot without a logged-in user. Automation options include a command-line scanner, email and webhook alerts, and a public monitoring API. The Business Security plan costs $1.10 a month; only active devices are charged, and volume discounts apply. It includes email and live chat support, and a 30-day trial is available. There is no free plan. Emsisoft was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Richmond, New Zealand.
