Avature
Avature is a configurable platform for talent acquisition and talent management, built to support recruiting and related HR processes. Its ATS can adapt workflows, approvals, and data capture for different regions, business units, brands, and hiring models. Recruiting capabilities include career sites, interview scheduling, and workflow automation. The broader suite includes candidate relationship management, onboarding, internal mobility, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, and HR case management. ATS AI features include semantic search, candidate matching, applicant ranking, job recommendations, chatbot functionality, and configurable AI agents. Avature lists more than 300 ready-made integrations, an open API framework, and self-service or full-service integration options. It can run in Avature's private cloud, with data centers in the US, Europe, and Asia, or on AWS public cloud hosting available worldwide. Access is listed for Android, iOS, web, and API.
