In their own words
Avery
Avery is a European hiring intelligence platform for finding, evaluating and contacting candidates for recruitment roles. Its maker says it searches more than 125 million vetted European professional profiles. Candidate rankings explain which role requirements match and which remain unproven, leaving selection decisions to recruiters. Market views provide salary benchmarks by role and region, talent pool estimates, hiring viability, competitor information and time-to-fill estimates. Avery drafts personalized outreach from candidate profiles and can send email through a connected Google, Outlook or IMAP account. LinkedIn messages are drafted for recruiters to send manually, while email sequences can be automated through the recruiter's own inbox. Its Screening Agent structures candidate replies into details such as compensation expectations, availability and interest. Talent Hub refreshes candidate records, builds pipelines and resurfaces past candidates for new roles. Candidate profiles are stored and enriched in the EU, and model calls run on European infrastructure, though AI processing may involve transfers outside the EEA. Free includes search and market views; Solo costs €299 a month.
Talsense
Talsense is a recruiting platform that screens, interviews, and scores candidates to help hiring teams build ranked shortlists. It parses resumes against role requirements, supports asynchronous structured AI interviews with role-aware follow-up questions and scorecards, and offers coding assessments with a live editor, proctoring, and AI grading. Interview integrity checks include deepfake checks, AI-assist detection, and proxy screening. Talsense says interviews support 97 languages. Listed ATS and HRIS connections include Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, BambooHR, iCIMS, Bullhorn, SAP, Oracle, Ashby, Teamtailor, JazzHR, Manatal, Checkr, Deel, and Ceipal; it also offers an open API for enterprise workflows. The company says automation handles screening, interviewing, and scoring, while hiring teams make the hiring decisions. Recordings are automatically deleted after 90 days, subject to review and deletion-request exceptions. Talsense is available by web and API. Its free plan includes five AI interviews per month; paid plans start at $199.00 per month, billed annually at $2,388 per year.
