AVG Secure Browser

AVG Secure Browser is a Chromium-based browser for Windows, macOS, and Android. It includes ad blocking, anti-tracking, private browsing, and web protection, with cross-device sync and extensions from its own store. Its Free plan costs nothing and lists those four tools. Windows support is specified for Windows 10 and 11. The product listing also includes complete security protection, ransomware protection, driver updates, and restore-point tools. It supports one device; it does not include a password manager, junk cleanup, or startup manager. Paid plans start at 99.99 /yr. AVG was founded in 1991 and lists headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, USA and Prague, Czech Republic.

Winhance

Winhance is a free Windows utility that combines debloating, system optimization, and desktop customization. It can install or remove Windows apps and features such as Edge, OneDrive, Copilot, and Recall. Optimization controls cover privacy and security, power, gaming and performance, Windows Update, notifications, and sound. Customization settings address themes, the taskbar, Start menu, and File Explorer. Settings can be exported to a configuration file and imported on another machine. WIMUtil creates custom Windows installation media with settings and drivers integrated, while the Autounattend XML Generator creates an answer file from selected choices. Winhance uses Microsoft WinGet for third-party installations and can fall back to Chocolatey for some failed installs. Core optimization works offline, but downloading Winhance and installing external apps through WinGet require internet access. Administrator privileges are required. Most changes can be reversed from the same screen, although some removed components cannot be restored and are flagged. Applied optimizations are not monitored or reapplied if Windows later changes them. A portable version and batch uninstall are available.
