In their own words
Awshar AI
Awshar AI is a social listening and brand monitoring platform built for India, available on the web and through an API. The company says it monitors more than seven social platforms and 500 data sources in real time, including Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, public WhatsApp groups, 300+ news outlets, and 200+ Indian forums. Its AI analyzes content in more than 20 Indian languages and 500+ dialects for sentiment, emotion, sarcasm, context, topics, and intent. Mention tracking supports Boolean queries, duplicate suppression, and searches across up to 12 months of archived data, although historical data is also described as limited. New mentions are said to surface in under two minutes. Crisis Monitor provides risk scoring, negative-spike alerts, source tracing, and guided response workflows. Ask Delishia answers natural-language questions about brands, markets, and competitors using real-time social data. Reports can be exported as PDF or Excel and scheduled. Analysis currently covers text, captions, and video comments; audio and video transcript analysis is on the roadmap. Pricing is on request, and a free trial is available with one platform, 500 monthly mentions, one Quick AI Report, basic sentiment analysis, and seven-day retention.
KWatch.io
KWatch.io monitors social conversations for keyword mentions, sales signals, and competitor activity, then sends alerts. Keyword monitoring covers Reddit, X, Hacker News, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube; users can also track Reddit or Hacker News posts and comments and get an alert when someone comments in the conversation. AI labels sentiment around detected keywords as positive, negative, or neutral. Alerts are available by email, Slack notification, or API webhook, and keyword rules support included and excluded terms plus language filters. Webhooks send a JSON-encoded HTTP POST for each result. A hosted MCP server can connect compatible clients using a KWatch API key; named clients include Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and VS Code. The maker says monitoring refreshes per second, with notifications usually arriving within seconds and sometimes taking up to one minute during temporary congestion. Coverage has limits: LinkedIn and Facebook comments are not monitored, Facebook groups must be public, and YouTube checks video titles and descriptions rather than audio. Instagram and TikTok are not monitored.
