ToxMod
ToxMod is a voice-chat moderation system for game studios. It analyzes voice conversations in real time, assessing tone, context, and perceived intention with machine learning and AI, then sends harmful language and severe toxicity to moderators. Listed detection capabilities include extremist language and correlation with user reports. It supports eighteen languages, proximity voice chat, all VoIP providers including Vivox, and every gaming platform, including Nintendo Switch. Studios can use its server-side SDK to copy mono-channel Opus packets from player audio streams and upload Ogg Opus files for analysis; prioritized results appear in a web console. Precompiled server libraries are listed for x86_64 Windows 10, macOS 10.15 and later, and Linux. Modulate says its AWS Virtual Private Cloud services encrypt traffic and stored data, delete live-operations data by default after 35 days, and do not generate or store voiceprints.
