Import2
Import2 migrates data between applications through APIs, without requiring CSV files or technical know-how. It advertises importing and exporting across more than 250 apps. Before buying a migration, users can preview a subset of records in the destination app through a free sample. They can choose record types such as contacts, accounts, deals, activity history, and files, define custom field mappings, and filter out records they do not want to move. Full migrations can be scheduled for a chosen date and time, including weekends and across time zones. A free plan is listed at free for up to 500,000 records, subject to vendor approval. Full migration costs $499, paid once as a starting price, with the final amount dependent on migration size. Professional services start at $5,000, paid once and include a dedicated consultant. Import2 provides documentation and chat support, and says it will refund the migration fee and clean imported records if customers dislike the result. Migration speed may be affected by app API limits, validation errors, or other integrations using the same API allowance.
