In their own words
Badger Lead Routing
Badger Lead Routing automatically assigns incoming CRM records to sales representatives using territories and assignment rules. Rules can use lead details such as company size, opportunity size, product type, or industry, and assignment happens as a record enters the system. A record needs an associated address to be routed. The service can route leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities, update ownership in the CRM, and notify representatives when a record is assigned. It supports overlapping territories and coverage across regions, for teams ranging from a few representatives to thousands.
Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Zoho, Insightly, Attio, monday.com, Pipedrive, Veeva, and Odoo; custom CRMs and databases can connect through FTP or REST API. Badger says the service is hosted on AWS, uses HTTPS with SSL/TLS encryption, and retains encrypted backups for up to 12 months. It states compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and 42 CFR Part 2; customers using PHI must provide a Business Associate Agreement. The plan costs $16 a month when billed annually and requires at least five licenses. There is no free plan, but a 14-day trial is available.
QuickOn
QuickOn is an AI lead-qualification platform that processes inbound leads between their sources and CRMs. It enriches records, assigns each a 0–100 score and A–D grade, and provides reasoning, buying signals, risk factors and a recommended next action. Its rubric evaluates leads against 10 weighted criteria aligned with a customer’s Ideal Customer Profile. Sources include forms, APIs, webhooks, form services, automation tools, CSV uploads and a JavaScript widget. Enrichment can use People Data Labs, Clearbit or Apollo firmographics, along with website signals such as technology stack, load time and maturity. HubSpot sync is included; Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho and Freshsales are available through adapter additions. The platform supports hosted and local AI providers, and sends conditional notifications in-app, by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or signed webhooks. Its API processes leads asynchronously, with validation, normalization, de-duplication and per-key rate limits. QuickOn is available on the web and through an API. The Free plan includes 100 leads per month. Starter costs $49 per month and includes 1,000 leads per month; additional leads cost $0.05 each.
